Appalachian Mountain Brewery excited to announce that effective immediately we have closed the acquisition of North Carolina Energy, Inc, a publicly traded corporation. Going public is a strategic move for Appalachian Mountain Brewery to enter into a capital raise to facilitate production of locally made North Carolina Hard Cider, continued expansion of its craft beer lines, adding Barrel Aged Sour Beers, and increasing capacity for canning and bottling to meet the growing demand of its award-winning craft beer. Appalachian Mountain Brewery will continue to trade under (OTC:NCNE) until its name and symbol change become effective. We're going to continue to focus on a business model based on sustainability, community, and philanthropy.

Great news!!! After many months of working on this deal, we announced today that we have entered into a Letter of Intent to Acquire NCNE as mentioned in the article below. This is a strategic move by AMB to prepare for growth in Boone and further our distribution outside of our town. We are really looking forward furthering our community, philanthropy, and economic stewardship and footprint. This is all positive for everyone involved and our hometown Boone, NC.
