    Hey guys,

I grew up in Boone and my family still lives there so I’ve been following the brewery development closely because I am very excited we are finally going to see one in the high country.

    two questions:
1.) when are you guys hoping to open? / all things according to plan, whats the expected time?

2.) will you guys be participating in the High Country Beer Festival this year?

The equipment looks great and as a fellow businessman hoping to one day open my own brewery I wish you guys all the best with yours. Can’t wait to come enjoy a Leave No Trace IPA!

    • Hey Caroline,

We’re hoping to open in October, but as we’re still have lots of construction to do, that date is very flexible. But all things going well, expect mid-October.
We will be serving at the High Country Beer Festival this year and are very excited it!

Can’t wait to serve you some of our IPA at the brewery! Only a few more months!
