Our brewery and tasting room is located near the Boone Mall, on a beautiful spot of land on a dead-end street. Bordered by Boone Creek and Hodges Creek on two sides, we are promoting the outdoor tasting experience as much as possible. A spacious covered porch as well as 120-foot outdoor bar will serve as the ideal place to relax on sunny afternoons. During the winter, the porch is enclosed and heated, keeping you warm on the outside and the delicious beer warms you on the inside.

Our brew system, as pictured below, is a 10 barrel or 310 gallon JV Northwest all-American made system. It’s made of high-grade stainless steel, the standard for breweries across the world for its ease of use and durability. It’s accompanied by four 10 barrel jacketed fermenters and five 10 barrel bright tanks. We also hope to produce our first cask aged ales during our first year of operation.
